This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every visitor and customer of PERMIT GO WORLDWIDE. It complements our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose
The AUP protects our customers, our partners and the integrity of our services. By using the website you agree to comply with it.
2. Permitted Use
- Lawful, personal or professional travel-related use.
- Submitting accurate information and documents that belong to you.
- Using the Document together with your valid national driver's license.
3. Prohibited Use
- Any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Submitting false, stolen or counterfeit identity documents.
- Using another person's identity or impersonating someone.
- Reselling the Document or representing it as a government-issued IDP.
- Using the Service to evade legal sanctions, suspensions or convictions affecting driving rights.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing our staff or other users.
- Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the website (scraping, brute force, denial of service).
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or copy our software.
4. Documents & Identity
You warrant that all documents submitted are authentic, current and legally yours. We may verify documents with third parties or competent authorities. Falsified submissions may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Security & Abuse
Do not bypass authentication, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or upload malware. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to contact@permitgoworldwide.com.
6. Content You Submit
You retain all rights in the content you submit (license scans, photos, text). You grant PermitGo a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and complying with legal obligations.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension of access, cancellation of pending Orders, refusal of future Orders and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities. Refunds in such cases are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Reporting
To report suspected abuse, fraud or misuse, write to contact@permitgoworldwide.com with the subject "AUP report".
