1. Nature of the Service
Our Service consists of preparing a private translation booklet and/or printed card based on the national driver's license you provide. The Document is designed to facilitate communication with foreign authorities and rental companies. It is not a government-issued identity document.
2. No Government Affiliation
PermitGo Worldwide is not affiliated with the United Nations, any embassy, consulate, ministry, automobile club or government agency. No statement on this website should be interpreted as official endorsement, accreditation or sponsorship by any public authority.
3. Acceptance Not Guaranteed
Whether the Document is accepted depends entirely on the discretion of local authorities, police, border officials and rental companies in the country of use. We cannot guarantee acceptance and we make no representation about the law applicable in any specific destination.
4. Customer Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for verifying the driving regulations of each country you visit.
- You must confirm with embassies, consulates or local authorities whether the Document is recognised.
- You must comply with all local traffic laws, insurance requirements and age limits.
5. Original License Required
The Document is valid only when carried together with your original, valid, non-expired national driver's license. It is not a stand-alone document and does not replace your national license.
6. Digital vs Printed Versions
Different destinations may require different formats. Some authorities accept only printed cards, others accept digital copies. It is the Customer's responsibility to check destination-specific requirements before travel.
