We want you to be fully satisfied with your Order. This page explains the refund and return rules that apply to all purchases made on permitgoworldwide.com.

1. Principle
Our service involves the creation of a personalised Document based on documents you provide. Under EU consumer law, services that have been fully performed cannot be cancelled. The rules below set out where and how refunds remain possible.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If your Document has not yet been finalised, you may request a full refund of the service fee. Once the Document has been produced or shipped, the conditions below apply.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- The Document has already been produced, even if not yet shipped.
- Refusal by a foreign authority or rental company, where the underlying national driver's license is valid.
- The Order was placed despite an invalid, expired or suspended national driver's license.
- The Customer provided incorrect or fraudulent information.
- Delays caused by the Customer (missing documents, unreachable address).
- Shipping fees and VIP express add-ons, once processing has started.
4. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract for services. However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply once the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right is lost. By selecting any express, priority or VIP processing option, you expressly request immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal once the Document has been produced.
5. Errors & Defects
If the Document contains an error caused by us (typo on our side, wrong category) we will correct and reissue it free of charge. Please report any defect within thirty (30) days of delivery.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@permitgoworldwide.com with the subject "Refund request" and your Order number.
- Describe the reason and attach any relevant proof.
- Our team will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days.
7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional three to ten (3–10) business days to appear.
8. Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Where this is not possible we may, with your agreement, issue store credit or use an alternative bank transfer.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any misunderstanding directly. Wrongful chargebacks may be contested with proof of delivery and consent.
