This page describes how payments are processed on permitgoworldwide.com, the methods we accept and the safeguards we apply to protect every transaction.

1. Currency & Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total amount charged is always shown before payment confirmation. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees outside our control.
2. Payment Methods
We accept, where available:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- PayPal.
- Alipay (selected regions).
3. Payment Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card data is encrypted, tokenised and transmitted over TLS. We never store your full card number on our servers.
4. Order Processing
Your Order is created as soon as payment is authorised. Processing starts after the file has been received and validated.
5. Invoicing
An electronic invoice is emailed to the address provided at checkout. You can request a duplicate at any time at contact@permitgoworldwide.com.
6. Fraud Prevention
We use automated and manual fraud-prevention measures (3-D Secure, AVS, device fingerprinting, behavioural analytics). Orders that appear fraudulent or that fail verification may be cancelled and refunded.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, your Order will not be created. Please verify your card details or try another method. Funds held temporarily by your bank are released automatically.
8. Taxes & Duties
Where applicable, taxes are added at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes on physical shipments outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility.
9. Disputes
Please contact us first at contact@permitgoworldwide.com before opening a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly.
