Shipping & Delivery Policy

This page describes the delivery options offered for our Documents. Estimated times are indicative and start from the moment your file is complete and validated by our team.

1. Scope

We offer two types of delivery: a digital version (PDF download) and an optional printed card shipped to your address. Each Order specifies the chosen option(s) and the corresponding price.

2. Digital Delivery

Digital Documents are delivered by email and made available in your order tracking page once finalised. No physical shipping is required and no shipping fee applies.

3. Physical Delivery

Printed cards are produced after digital validation, packaged in a protective envelope and handed to the carrier you selected at checkout.

4. Estimated Times

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days after a complete file.
  • Express processing (VIP): within 24 business hours.
  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days worldwide.
  • Priority shipping: 3–7 business days to most destinations.
  • Express shipping: 2–5 business days to major hubs.

Times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather and carrier performance.

5. Carriers

We work with internationally recognised carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, national postal services). The available carrier depends on the destination country.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the shipment is collected. You can also follow the order status on our tracking page.

7. Customs & Duties

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient. PermitGo Worldwide cannot estimate these charges in advance.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Re-shipping a package returned because of a wrong address may incur additional fees.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date. After verification with the carrier we will reship the Document at our expense or provide a refund of the printing and shipping fees.

10. Delays

Carrier delays outside our control (customs inspections, force majeure, strikes, weather) are not grounds for refund of the service fee.
